The following is a list of items needed to begin reenacting with this unit:

     Forage cap, sack coat (dark blue), undershirt (pullover type), trousers (sky blue), suspenders for trousers (white cloth with leather end tabs), socks (wool, cream or grey colored), boots (bootee), leather waist belt with "US" plate, cap box, bayonet and scabbard, cartridge box with strap-"US" plate and eagle plate, canteen (dark blue), 1861 Springfield rifle musket (3 banded type) with sling.

The following is a list of items that should be added to one's impression:

    Haversack, rubberized gum blanket, wool blanket, mess plate, knife, fork, spoon, tin cup, personal lantern, vest (dark blue), Frock coat (with blue piping),  kepi hat, infantry greatcoat (sky blue), dog tent or "A" frame type tent.

1.)  All members must be 18 years of age to participate with firearms.  If you do not meet the age requirement, there are many other fun and exciting things to do in and around the camp.

2.)  Reenacting requires that the participants are in good physical health.  We spend many hours a day doing drill and "fighting" battles out on the field, so you have to be able to keep up.

3.)  No one will be granted membership if they are:  a felon with a court record, person advocating the overthrow of the United States Government, or belonging to any communist or hate party group.
